By accessing, browsing, or using the BigFame.ai website, mobile applications, APIs, or any other services provided by BigFame Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines posted on the platform.
BigFame.ai is a comprehensive digital platform providing tools for creators and businesses including TikTok creator marketplace, AI brand matching, website builder, domain registration, CRM, marketing automation, e-commerce, and 207+ integrations.
To use BigFame.ai, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You represent that all information provided is truthful and accurate.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
BigFame.ai offers Free, Growth ($49/month), and Scale ($149/month) plans with varying features and usage limits. Pricing is subject to change with notice. All paid subscriptions auto-renew each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis via our payment processor (Stripe). All charges are in USD. Failed payments may result in service suspension or downgrade to the Free plan. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
If you use BigFame.ai to sell physical products, digital products, license keys, or paid memberships to your own customers ("Member Commerce"), you do so as an independent merchant. You are solely responsible for the products/services you offer, their legality, quality, fulfillment, customer service, and compliance with applicable consumer-protection and tax laws in your jurisdiction. Payments are processed via Stripe Connect directly to your own connected account; BigFame is not a party to the transaction between you and your customer and does not take title to any goods sold. BigFame may charge a platform fee on Member Commerce transactions, disclosed in your dashboard before you activate payments.
BigFame.ai includes an AI assistant that can take actions on your behalf inside your workspace (e.g. registering a domain, creating a store, or creating a product), always scoped to your own account only. Actions that spend money or are difficult to reverse require your explicit confirmation before they are performed. You are responsible for reviewing what the assistant proposes before confirming.
